Effects

Rock Polish raises the user's Speed by two stages.

Stats can be raised to a maximum of +6 stages each.

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Rockium Z and uses its Z-Power, Rock Polish turns into Z-Rock Polish and eliminates any stat drops applied to the user, in addition to its usual effect as above.
