Effects
Dragon Ascent deals damage but lowers the user's Defense and Special Defense by one stage each after attacking.
It is the signature move of Rayquaza, and once learned allows Rayquaza to Mega-Evolve.
Z-Move effects
When a Pokémon is holding Flyinium Z and uses its Z-Power, Dragon Ascent turns into Supersonic Skystrike and has base power 190.
