How do I investigate how Eevee evolves?

I’m practically done Eevee’s Pokédex except for that task, and I don’t know how to go about doing it. Where do I unlock it, and how do I solve it?

This one's kind of out of the way to unlock.

1. This Request can be unlocked after gaining access to Basculegion as a rideable Pokemon, adding Eevee to your Pokedex, completing the Request 48: The Taste of Home, then catching 10 Pokemon (any Pokemon will do).

2. Check the blackboard in Galaxy Hall and talk to Floaro to initiate the quest.

3. Talk to the Umbreon upstairs in the Galaxy Hall in the purple room. Floaro will have asked you to find his Eevee, which has evolved into Umbreon.

4. Craft a Jubilife Muffin and give it to Umbreon to complete the quest.
