So, I love the Alolan region, (Even though I own none of the games) I have read the manga many times, and when I finally watch the show of it, IT'S TOTALLY DIFFERENT! Please tell me which is true, I am very confused.

The TV show is a very unfaithful adaptation of the games. Fans usually say the games are true in their own universe, and the TV show is true in a completely different universe.
@sumwun The OP is talking about the manga and the anime, not the games.
The short answer is that the show focuses on Ash and his journey, while the manga focuses on the game’s protagonists, Sun and Moon. Basically two different stories in the same world.

Neither of them are right or wrong, just alternate universes

As the comments say, neither is right nor wrong since they all exist in their own separate universes of canons. The people who write the games, anime, and manga are different people who have different ideas on how the franchise should be portrayed in the mediums they work on. One could say the games are the most correct version since both the manga and the anime are adaptions of the games, but that's not exactly accurate either since they both take enough liberties that they are their own properties than mere adaptions. Even throughout the games, there are 4 different Alola games each with varying levels of differences (particularly with the Ultra and non-Ultra versions), so they don't have definitive "correct" versions either.

What I'm trying to say is as long as they are official media from the Pokemon Company, they are correct in their own individual bubble.
