Other than appearance, is there any practical difference between 3and2 segment dudunsparce? And what about between family of 3 maushold and family of 4 maushold?

Yes. Three segments Dundunsparce is about a meter taller and 8kg heavier then Two Segment Dundunsparce.

Family-of-Four Maushold is about half a kilo heavier then Family-of-Three Maushold.

The only main difference with these numbers is Heavy Slam and Heat Crash will potentially deal less damage to the heavier forms then the lighter one, while also giving Three Segment Dundunsparce a slighter better damage range if it uses the move.

Also affects moves such as Grass Knot and Heat Crash, since they take the opponent’s weight into calculation as well.
It does not actually.  Those moves deal damage based on a weight range that's defined. (Weighing between X and X deals X amount of damage.) Heavy Slam and Heat Crash use percentage of weight to deal damge( If user is X% heavier then target, deals X damage).
Heat Crash was supposed to be mentioned as well, but not any other weight moves.
I completely forgot how most weight moves worked for a sec, +1!
