Am I able to transfer legendaries I dont have registered in BDSP with home? (Before even battling Dialga)?

Question

So basically I'm trying to complete the national dex for my BD DTQ before even battling Dialga (because I'm trying to get a shiny Snorunt), but as far as I can see I'm unable to transfer my legendaries from GO. and I'm wondering if I get for example a Dialga, Mesprit, Uxie... from another game like Sword, would I be able to transfer those legendaries to BD? (unlike being limited by GO), I'm mainly just asking since I dont want to go ask a random person in the internet if they're able to touchtrade with me the five legendaries (trading the legendaries with me and trading them back)

Yes
I was able to transfer my Lake Trio and Palkia from Shield to a new save file of Brilliant Diamond, and they showed up in my Pokedex. I even was able to transfer a Heatran and Electrike without needing the National Dex (they didn't show up in the Pokedex though, because I didn't have the National Dex yet).
