I'm using Specs CalyShadow in AG recently, and its awesome (duh). But I feel like Tera Ghost (the one I am using) just isn't doing much. I've tinkered around with tera Normal and Fairy a bit, but I have no clue if they are the best options. Also sorry if this breaks rule 1.1, but I feel like it shouldn't.

I asked your question on Smogon. It seems that Ghost is the best Tera type for Choice Scarf/Specs sets, while Nasty Plot variants can also use Stellar occasionally. If you're really not deriving much value from Tera Ghost, you could try Fairy as a defensive option, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

The best Calyrex-S sets at the moment are Choice Scarf and Choice Specs, both of which typically run Tera Ghost to amp up Astral Barrage's damage to hit important thresholds or muscle through Ting-Lu. Nasty Plot sets aren't in a great place but they usually run Tera Stellar or Ghost for similar reasons to the choice sets.

Thanks, guess I will keep Ghost then.
Whatever happened to Tera Fighting Tera Blast Calyrex-S?
I think that’s mainly for Spectrier. Calyrex-S doesn’t suffer from the same pitiful movepool and has coverage such as Pollen Puff for Dark. Normal types don’t exist in AG except Blissey / Chansey for which it has Psyshock.
Isn't Arceus a thing? Or is that not a thing anymore in DLC 2?
I don’t know. I don’t really play AG.
Arceus is in Gen 9 AG. Fighting was also a tera type I was tinkering with before just giving up on it. Normal can still maybe be used to troll Dittos but idk.
