Hello Pokemon Database,
In the Monotype tier rules of both Smogon and Pokemon Online (they are the same), the Soul Dew isn't mentioned as being banned. So, are Pokemon with the item Soul Dew banned? In all of my research, no rules state whether it is or not. Seeing as the Monotype tier allows Dream World abilities, it would not be surprising if it is not banned.
*Swift Swim+Drizzle also are not mentioned. Are they banned too?
