I can’t ask a question on the Q&A page, is there a reason for this?

I just logged on to the forums, and wanted check if I could ask a question. It showed a message saying “You do not have permission to perform this operation.” Why is this?

There is a block on your IP address. It looks like this happened in 2021 when you were banned for spamming chat and then made new accounts to evade (these may be familiar: 1, 2, 3, 4).

You've probably matured since then so I unblocked your IP and you can carry on using this new account.
