Effects

Snore deals damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch (if the target has not yet moved). However, it can only be used while the user is asleep (either from a move like Hypnosis or self-induced via Rest).

Pokémon with the ability Inner Focus or those behind a Substitute cannot be made to flinch.

Z-Move effects

When a Pokémon is holding Normalium Z and uses its Z-Power, Snore turns into Breakneck Blitz and has base power 100.
